1. App and Developer Information

This Privacy Policy applies to OffList Shopping.

For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, please contact the developer using the developer email address listed for OffList Shopping on its Google Play Store listing.

2. Information the App Stores

OffList Shopping lets you create, edit, save, and delete shopping lists and shopping list items. The app stores this information locally on your device using the app's local database.

This local app data may include:

• Shopping list names that you enter.
• Shopping item names that you enter.
• Item status, such as whether an item is marked as bought.
• Basic list metadata, such as when a saved list was created.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

OffList Shopping does not require an account and does not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or account credentials.
• Location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, or call log data.
• Payment or financial information.
• Advertising identifiers for advertising or tracking.
• Analytics events about how you use the app.
• Your shopping list content on our servers.

4. How Information Is Used

Shopping list data that you enter is used only to provide the app's core shopping list features, including showing your current list, saving lists, editing items, marking items as bought, and deleting lists or items.

5. Sharing and Selling Data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your shopping list contents with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or third parties.

Platform providers, such as Google Play, may process information as part of app download, installation, updates, crash handling, payments, device security, or store operations under their own privacy policies. OffList Shopping does not use those services to collect or sell your shopping list contents.

6. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Shopping list data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud sync service for OffList Shopping, and we do not receive your shopping list contents.

Your local data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Because the data is stored locally, anyone with access to your unlocked device or device backups may be able to access it depending on your device settings.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete shopping list data by:

• Deleting individual items or saved lists inside the app.
• Clearing the app's storage from your Android system settings.
• Uninstalling the app from your device.

OffList Shopping does not create user accounts, so there is no remote account deletion process for this app.

8. Children

OffList Shopping is a general shopping list utility. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. When we update it, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
